This is without a doubt the best nail strengthener I have ever tried! I have broken a nail twice since I started using it about 7 months ago (this includes a period of many many many dish washes and bicycle rides). It truly does wonders.
I use it as a base every time I put a new color on. This prevents the nails from turning yellow-ish which they otherwise tend to with frequent nail polish use.
