We spent a day with my lovely mother (who was here for a visit) in Aros museum (Aarhus). Ólafur Elíasson has recently opened an amazing exhibition - the panorama rainbow. It is definitely a must see if you're ever in Aarhus. Of course we had to stop by for a cup of coffee and a raspberry & white chocolate macaroon (nomm!) at our favorite café, Sigfreds.
