This is probably among the healthiest breakfast you can have. And what's best about it - you prepare it the evening (and sleep a little longer in the morning) :-)
Ingredients:
1 dl Oats
2 dl Almond milk / Rice milk / Soy milk / low fat milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
a pinch of vanilla (preferrably organic)
a pinch of cinnamon (preferrably organic)
1/4 - 1/2 banana (mashed)
Put all incredients in a jar (like the one above), shake it and put in the refrigerator. Serve in the morning with fresh berries and nuts. I promise, it´s surprisingly tasty and a perfect way to start the morning.
